Return & Exchange Policy
We want to make sure your DeW It Right Tap Mics are everything you dreamed they would be. We take special care to make sure your mics and all other items are in perfect working condition before we send them to you. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to fix the problem. Sometimes items can be misused in transit, which is why we insure our shipped items. If your item looks as though it has been misused in transit, please contact us immediately. You have 14 days from purchase to return your mics for a refund or exchange if there is a problem with your purchase. * If we find that there is a factory problem with your purchase, we will cover your return and replacement shipping. After 14 days it is up to our discretion to refund or exchange your purchase.** There will be a restocking fee of $40 to all mics returned that have not been used. This is to cover the cost of inspecting the mics before they are restocked. Mics that have been used and are returned will not be refunded unless a manufacturers defect has been determined. The same applies for all transmitter and receiver packs.
*We will issue a refund or exchange after we have received the mics, or items, and determined that the problem is a factory issue and not a result of misuse. Examples of misuse are, but not limited to: water damage, improper storage, physical abuse, tampering with or disassembling of any kind, accidental damages. We strongly encourage you to test your items as soon as you receive them.
